01Our commitment
We aim for a readable, keyboard-friendly, responsive site and treat Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA as our working target.
Yard Haven aims to make the website perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We use readable content, descriptive links, labeled form fields, keyboard-friendly controls, helpful image descriptions, and responsive layouts.
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our reference standard. Meeting that standard is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certification.

Stripe's payment page and some older browsers are outside our full control. Tell us if something on our site is in the way.
Card payments happen on a Stripe-hosted payment page. Accessibility of that page is controlled by Stripe. Some browser settings, older devices, or third-party widgets, if enabled, may affect the experience.
We continue to improve the site as issues are found. If a barrier stops you from requesting a quote or reading a policy, contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative, such as completing the enquiry by email or phone.
