- Photos, sketches, measurements, notes, feedback, and other project materials you choose to send.
- Messages, support requests, refund or cancellation requests, and other correspondence with us.
- If you use live chat, the chat message and any name, email address, or other details you choose to provide.
Payment information
- Online card checkout is not currently active. If the planned Stripe-hosted checkout is introduced after account and validation gates pass, payment details will be entered on Stripe's full-page hosted service.
- We may receive payment status, receipt, refund, and billing-contact details.
- We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our website.
Basic website information
- When you browse the site, our website tools may record basic visit information such as pages viewed, browser type, and time of visit.
- If you allow Performance technologies, tawk.to may process IP address, device and browser details, page and session activity, approximate location, and timestamps to provide live chat and troubleshoot the widget.
- We use this information to keep the site working, improve pages, provide support, and protect forms and services from abuse.

- Resend delivers website enquiry notifications, while Migadu receives and forwards email sent to our domain.
- Termly manages cookie choices and scans the site for browser technologies.
- tawk.to provides optional live chat when you allow the Performance category.
- Future payment providers, including the planned Stripe-hosted checkout described on our Trust & Security page, will receive payment information only after they are configured and you choose to pay.
- Other trusted services may help with file storage, accounting, customer support, or site security when needed to provide the service.
- Professional advisers such as tax, accounting, insurance, or legal advisers when needed for ordinary business operations.
- Banks, payment networks, courts, government authorities, or dispute-resolution parties when required by law or to prevent fraud.
- A successor organization if Yard Haven is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets.
06Cookies and similar technologies
We use only limited browser tools to make the site work and understand what needs improvement.

08Security and payments
We use reasonable safeguards. Online card checkout is not active; any future card entry is intended to occur only on Stripe's hosted page.
- We use HTTPS, access controls, limited internal access, and reasonable administrative safeguards.
- Yard Haven does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Until a future Stripe-hosted checkout is configured and verified, do not send card or bank credentials through any Yard Haven channel.
- No online system is completely secure. Do not send card numbers, card security codes, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the form, email, or live chat.
09Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, delete, or send you a copy of your information.
- You can ask what personal information we keep about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete information, subject to records we must keep for business, tax, payment, refund, or legal reasons.
- Where the law provides these rights, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive information you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- You can ask us not to sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. Yard Haven does not currently do either.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Yard Haven treats Marketing as off for that browser.

These details explain our current practices for California residents without claiming that every CCPA threshold applies to Yard Haven.

- We use those categories to answer enquiries, prepare and perform design work, deliver files, provide support, secure the site, maintain records, and operate optional features you choose.
- We disclose those categories to the service-provider and recipient categories identified in this policy for those business purposes. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

- Yard Haven does not offer a financial incentive or loyalty program in exchange for personal information.

Our services are intended for adults planning outdoor spaces, not children.
The website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Yard Haven is based in the United States.
If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be handled in the United States or in places where our business tools and their subprocessors operate. Where transfer law requires a safeguard, we review the provider's terms and use an available lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another approved safeguard.
