A scaled, top-down drawing of where everything lives: seating, planting, paths, and structures. Real dimensions, plus a short note on why each piece sits where it does.

A plant palette picked for your light, soil, and season, sorted by job: structure, filler, seasonal color. Care notes included, because a plant you cannot keep alive is just expensive confetti.

Material board
Surfaces, edging, and finishes shown side by side, so the textures and tones work together. Includes a reference list you can shop yourself.

Styling notes
Furnishings, lighting, and layering guidance, so the finished space looks composed on purpose, not assembled from whatever the big-box store had in stock.
Everything lands digitally as a PDF plan and board images, with revision rounds baked into your package.

What do I need to send before design starts?
For a fixed package, we email you straight after payment to collect the inputs. For custom work, they are confirmed in your written quote. Either way, expect to provide clear photos, measurements, light conditions, and the goals for your space.
Does Yard Haven build or install the design?
No. Yard Haven provides design guidance and digital files only. You choose and pay any installer, engineer, plant supplier, or material supplier separately.
When does a fixed package need a custom quote?
The three fixed packages cover one outdoor space at their displayed USD prices. Larger, multi-area, or expanded-scope projects receive an itemized custom quote before approval.
How will I receive the finished work?
Deliverables are digital. Each package page lists its included PDF plans, board images, and revision rounds; for custom work the written quote confirms the scope, format, and timing.
Can I pay by card on this website?
Yes — each fixed-price package page links to a secure Stripe-hosted checkout at the published USD price, and custom work is paid on a Stripe-hosted payment page we email after you approve the quote. Card numbers are entered only on Stripe's pages, never through the form, email, or chat.
